1. What type of items can you create? If you can dream, we can create it!

2. Are consultations free? Yes. We will discuss your what you are looking for and begin the process of creating your design.

3. Can you work within my budget? Of course. Your design will be created with your budget in mind.

4. How involved in the design can I be? That is entirely up to you. Some clients know exactly what they want and others may only have a theme or color scheme. I will work with you to create the perfect product. It is a very simple and fun process.

5. How far in advance should I place my order? We suggest three to six months prior to your mailing date for weddings.

6. How long does it take to receive a proof? After initial consultation, proofs will take two to three weeks for you to receive.

7. How do you estimate your prices? Because all Cali Card creations are custom made there are many factors that impact the price. Paper, print options, quantity and embellishments all play a key role when pricing your designs.

8. What printing options do you offer? I can accommodate most printing options. I will work with you on which type works best with your design and budget.

9. Where are you located? The Cali Card process allows you access from any location. Consultations are done over the phone or in person. If you are a Cali girl, I am located in Encinitas, California and can easily make arrangements to meet you

10. If I live out of state, how will I see the proof? If you purchase samples or sign a contract Cali Cards will email you a picture of the sample. We can them discuss any changes you would like to make. Once the sample is approved it will be shipped to you for review.

11. When do I pay? Samples are to be paid in full when requested. For clients signing a contract, 50% is due at the signing. The remaining balance is to be paid in full at the time of final approval of the proof.

12. What types of payments do you accept? Cash, check or money orders are accepted.

13. Do you offer refunds? Once the final proof has been approved, refunds will not be honored.

14. What is your standard method of shipping? USPS or UPS ground is the standard method of shipping.

15. Is shipping included in your order pricing? No, shipping charges are not included in the order pricing. Shipping charges will be included on the final invoice.
